Dr. Heaton performed MOHS surgery on my face. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He explained the procedure and what to expect. He did a great job. I had him do the cosmetic procedure to close the wound rather than a plastic surgeon. He did a beautiful job. I can barely see the scar now. In 6 months I believe I will not be able to see it. Another plus was that I did not have to wait. They took me right in at my appointment time.

Making the appointment to see doctor Henry was a hassle. They spelled my name wrong, so they couldn’t send me the forms to sign ahead of time and then sent me home because I didn’t get there 30 min early. At first, I was a little skeptical. However, when I saw the doctor, it wound up being a great visit. He answered all questions I had, made me comfortable. The doctor was attentive, professional and friendly. He explained the process and what my insurance would and wouldn’t cover. He set realistic expectations. Also, the office was spotless I will be going for a few treatments and procedures over the next couple of months and so far, it’s off to a great start. I would highly recommend him and his service. Just be patient with the front desk and come extra early for your appointment.

I felt very comfortable but my result on one was positive for skin cancer to my surprise I was able to get an appointment a week later . My scar healed beautifully .. truly a pleasant experience. I have been a patient of Advanced Laser and Skin Cancer Center for many, many years. I have seen a few of the doctors there in the past and have always been very satisfied with the care I have had. I had squamous cell cancer on my nose. Dr Heaton performed a skin graft after he removed the cancer with Mohs surgery. One year later there is no visible scar. Everyone is amazed at his skill. Furthermore, Dr Heaton is very easy to talk to, compassionate and understanding. What more can I say.

Dr Ragi is an exceptionally talented dermatologist. Gave me a thorough exam, addressed all my concerns giving me several meds for my issues. Removed a growth from my forehead painlessly. My health insurance only covers NY doctors, Dr Ragi gave me a very fair price for visit. I live in NY state but I come back to Dr Ragi because it’s very difficult to find a dermatologist with his expertise and experience where I live. He has treated several generations in my family. If you have a dermatological issues no worries call Dr Ragi you will be glad you did.
